V&A Waterfront: Tenant Profiling Campaign

Commissioned by the V&A Waterfront, we were tasked with producing a tenant profiling campaign that would bring the stories of its diverse retail and hospitality community to life. The objective was to go beyond logos and storefronts — and instead highlight the people, values, and everyday passion behind the brands that make the V&A a world-class destination.

We developed a multi-format content series profiling selected tenants across categories — from fashion and food to design and wellness. Each story was told through a mix of cinematic interviews, portrait-driven stills, and in-store lifestyle footage. Rather than traditional brand videos, we focused on authentic narratives: why these tenants do what they do, how they serve their communities, and what it means to be part of the Waterfront ecosystem

The final assets were used across the V&A’s website, Instagram, LinkedIn, and internal comms — building emotional connection with both local visitors and international audiences. This campaign reframed tenant visibility as storytelling, giving the brands a platform while reinforcing the V&A’s identity as a hub of culture, creativity, and real people behind great businesses.
